Pricing is based on the complexity of the books, including:
Volume of monthly transactions
Number of accounts
Level of categorization required
Whether accounts payable (bill pay) and/or accounts receivable (invoicing) are included
Includes:
Monthly bank and credit card reconciliations
Transaction categorization
Review for accuracy and consistency
Monthly financial reports (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet)
Additional services such as AP/AR support are included as appropriate based on complexity.
Catch-Up / Clean-Up
Monthly rate × number of months needed
For businesses that are behind or need corrections to existing books.
Pricing is calculated using the applicable monthly bookkeeping rate ($300–$500) multiplied by the number of months requiring catch-up or clean-up.
Includes:
Review of existing records
Reconciliation of past months
Correction of miscategorized or missing transactions
Clean, accurate financial reports once complete
